CoolSculpting: Real Patient Experience
I joined a gym, I had a trainer, I was religiously working out five days a week, and really watching what I eat, and really kind of changing my lifestyle. But despite doing all of that and with all that work, I still felt I got the point where there were some certain areas that no matter what I did I couldn't get that last little bit of fat off. So I heard about CoolSculpting from a friend who had had it done and had good results and that's what brought me here originally.
So there's all kinds of different attachments and areas they can do and different ways they can fix. So it's very customized to each individual. It's actually really, really easy to do. They put the suction device on you and it literally will pull your fat up like a vacuum, and when it happens you'll feel the cold for the fist couple minutes, but then it just goes numb and you literally just sort of kick back and do whatever you want; drink a coffee, have some water, take a nap, read a magazine. It doesn't hurt at all. You literally just kind of hang out for about an hour and then when they're done, it'll pull it off and the area that you had done is gonna look like this big, attractive, frozen section of butter. And they come in and they sort of massage it out and then you go home.
Both areas that I had done, I've had amazing results. It is definitely... and they tell you this up front. You're not gonna go home and see it the next week... disappointed, but at the end of a couple months afterwards, you will be shocked at the difference it makes. I still watch what I eat, I still work out five days a week. I still want to maintain that healthy lifestyle moving forward and this is just that little edge I needed. For me it's been spectacular.
